    • Mathematical modelling of biological systems
  •  Metabolic Engineering:
    • Prediction and optimization of metabolic phenotype of microrganisms using genome-scale models
    • In-vivo analysis of growth and metabolic behavior of E. coli  and B. subtlis wild-type and mutant strains
