Research Interests

The main research topics are: Monte Carlo simulations, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models, population models, clinical trial simulations, decision analysis, biostatistics, paediatric pharmacology. These methodologies are applied mainly to investigate innovative study designs in paediatric clinical trials.
